Missions
"And Jesus went throughout all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues and proclaiming the gospel of the kingdom and healing every disease and every affliction. When he saw the crowds, he had compassion for them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. Then he said to his disciples, 'The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.'" Matthew 9:35-38

God is always working to extend the message of His salvation to the ends of the earth. Graciously, He has allowed Riverside Baptist Church to participate with Him in this mission.

This church is committed to local, national and international missions.  We are excited about providing new ways for the Riverside family to get involved.

Upcoming Missions Opportunities:
June 2-8: Trip to Beaumont, TX to work with Hurricane Harvey victims through "Nehemiah's Vision".

July: Summer VBS at the Alabaster YMCA; Dates to be determined.
